At Isley Marketing, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we’re here to support you if something isn’t right with your order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@isleymarketing.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will respond with return instructions and shipping details.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Custom or made-to-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
Contact your bank for further assistance
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@isleymarketing.store.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
